SUMMARY:Beltaine Rites - Courting the Divine Within
DESCRIPTION:Courting the Divine Within – Chasing our higher self. \nCome circle with us as we chase the divine within ourselves\, seeking to unite our lower selves with our god-selves. As in myths immortal – the divine wooing of the evasive lover\, to be shown the path to success as the god and goddess unite — so too will we seek that which has eluded us within our god-like selves. After which\, we shall dance the May Pole for blessings on our work. \nCome bring your brightly colored ribbon (about 27 ft long)\, robes\, a dish of food for sharing after\, and a mirror you can hold in one hand easily for scrying. \nThis event is child-friendly  (as in G-rating).  A meditation will be part of the ritual. Please use your judgement whether your child should attend\, so that all can meditate without interruption. \nIf you need directions to Faerewood\, please contact us.
