Our Leadership

Leadership in Keepers of the Holly Chalice is rooted in training, experience, accountability, spiritual practice, and service to the coven and the wider community. Keepers is currently led by Jennifer Graham, Third Degree High Priestess of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel.

Jennifer Graham, HPS

Jennifer Graham is a Third Degree High Priestess and a longtime member of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel. She has served as a High Priestess of Keepers of the Holly Chalice since 2022 and has been a member of Keepers since 2019. Previously, she began her membership in the ASW, a member of Weavers of the Moonfire in 1997, later hiving-off, to found and lead Fellowship of the Ancient White Stag. Her work includes teaching, spiritual counseling, initiatory training, sacred rites, and rituals honoring life’s milestones, including weddings and handfastings, naming ceremonies, funerary rites, and end-of-life transitions.

Jennifer’s spiritual practice includes Irish traditions, Ogham, sacred service, psychopomp work, soul retrieval, and shamanic healing. She received formal training in shamanic practice from Caroline Kenner using methods developed by Sandra Ingerman. She has also studied with Servants of the Light and received initiation in Transcendental Meditation.

Service has been central to Jennifer’s path. She founded the Crescent Moon Service Corps, Kiddie Coven, and Crescent Moon Coffee Klatch, creating opportunities for Pagan families, education, charitable work, volunteerism, and community connection. Her Samhain Sandwiches project provided approximately 2,700 meals to unhoused people in Washington, D.C. She has also served as a trained last-stage doula and emergency response volunteer.

Jennifer continues to teach and lecture on ritual, sacred service, Ogham, the Irish pantheon, gateways to the Otherworlds, and practices surrounding life, death, and spiritual transition.

Honoring Our Lineage

Keepers has been shaped and sustained by generations of High Priestesses, High Priests, clergy, teachers, initiates, and members. Their knowledge, labor, creativity, ritual work, and devotion helped Keepers grow from its earliest study group into the mother coven of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel.

Leadership may change over time, but each leader remains part of the living history and spiritual lineage of Keepers. We honor those who came before us, those who continue to serve beside us, and those who will carry the work forward.
